St. Jerome School is committed to providing affordable access to a great education. Scholarships and Financial Assistance are available for qualified families.
The state budget bill (2013 WI Act 20) established a tuition tax deduction which began in the 2014 tax year. Taxpayers may deduct up to $4,000 for each dependent child in grades K-8 for private school tuition expenses they have paid between January 1 and December 31.
TUITION AND FEES
Tuition and Academic Fees can be paid in full by check or monthly payments using the FACTS Agreement. If paying in full, payment is due August 2025.
2025-2026 St. Jerome School Tuition
The cost to educate each student at St. Jerome School for the 2025-26 school year is more than $7,500. Tuition income covers roughly 50% of the school's budget, the parish subsidies and fundraising events covers 25%, and the endowment fund supports 25%. The new rates are listed below. When broken down by days of school it is about $21 a day to educate the first child. That is about $3 an hour.
PAY IN FULL
You can pay in full by the "Back to School" night in August. There is FACTS no fee, but a FACTS form is required for this option.
FACTS PAYMENT PLAN
Our partnership with FACTS opens up a wide variety of payment options for you. Payment plans include semester, monthly (10 or 11 month) or bi-monthly payment plans. Please contact the school office with any questions about these plans so we can assist you in your decision.
APPLY FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Financial assistance is available through FACTS and the FACTS application is available online. Please adhere to the deadlines as we only budget a certain amount for financial aid and can’t guarantee aid after the deadlines have passed. There is a $35.00 fee for the financial aid application.
